We provide specialist legal advice on welfare benefits and tax credit issues. We do not offer basic benefit checks or form filling. We can assist with problems with a claim, including:

  • Overpayments and requests for repayment
  • Habitual residence and right to reside in the UK

  • Appeals (including appeals to the Upper Tribunal).
